Nordre Follo municipality implemented welfare technology in just three days
Nordre Follo Municipality wanted a holistic platform for welfare technology, with patient notification and RoomMate for digital supervision.
In April 2020, Sensio delivered patient notification with active and passive notification, presence marking and shutdown in resident rooms, as well as RoomMate for digital supervision. The installations are adapted to the user's needs and all or parts of the solutions have been delivered to Ski Hospital, Langhus Housing and Services Center and Solborg Housing and Activity Centre. The municipality and Sensio are in the planning phase for more deliveries.

Record-breaking implementation
Deliveries to Ski Hospital and Langhus Housing and Service Center started as a solution for dedicated Corona departments. It was urgent for the municipality to come up with solutions that would make everyday life safe for both those affected and the employees. The municipality and nursing homes had not previously installed Sensio. For Langhus housing and service centre, the order was confirmed on Friday afternoon and the solution was rolled out and employees were fully trained in less than four hours on Monday morning so that it was ready for the corona patients to move in. The solution consisted of 13 Safemates and 13 RoomMates integrated into Sensio Pocket. Sensio proved here its delivery capacity and flexibility as a supplier in times of crisis, and came up with a solution in record time for Sensio (3 days from the first meeting).
New needs for care technology
Furthermore, Nordre Follo Municipality and Sensio have further developed their collaboration and together uncovered additional needs in the municipality. Due to an open and flexible platform for welfare technology, the customer is free to choose the best technology. The municipality knows the users' needs and Sensio acts as an advisor for technology. Together we find the best solution for the users; both employees, residents, and ICT in the municipality.
