Sensio has several out-of-the-box solutions, but can also tailor solutions for various industries. A warning system to be used on a daily basis in a workplace must be stable, safe and very easy to use. Working conditions and the service determine the choice of technology, e.g. whether there is a need for notification indoors or combined with outdoor notification. Is there a desire for the location of the colleague who notifies of the requested assistance?
In some cases, it will be an advantage to have two-way communication, so that you can quickly establish a dialogue and get an overview of the situation. In other cases, the notification should be discreet and silent, for example in situations where people are in a difficult life situation, so as not to trigger a more serious escalation. Being able to "listen in" to the situation without attracting unwanted attention can help to get an overview of the situation for an overall picture after the incident. It makes it significantly easier to be able to see the real-time position on a map on the mobile phone or on-call telephone to find and help the colleague as quickly as possible.
Based on experience, a system for notifying colleagues should be set up in collaboration with the HSE manager, so that that role is close to both the decision regarding routines and how the technology should work.
